As an accredited facilitator in both DISC & GENOS assessment tools, I will guide you through the process to gain insights into yourself and the people you work with to create a better workplace culture built on collaboration, trust and effective communication.

GENOS International
GENOS differs from DISC as it focuses on emotional intelligence (EI). The World Economic Forum tells us that
Emotional Intelligence is in the top 10 required skills now and in the future. The Genos emotional intelligence
assessment tool focuses on self-awareness, awareness of others, emotional reasoning, self-management and how intelligently you use emotions to achieve positive results.
We all know emotions can hijack our thinking when stressed, under pressure or in a confrontational situation.
Developing your emotional intelligence will help you to remain calm and balanced and ask the right questions in heated moments. EI allows you to adapt, be positive, think constructively and objectively to seek clarity, have an enriching conversation, and deliver a positive outcome. (The model compromises six (6) emotionally intelligent leadership competencies.)
Emotional intelligence is just as important outside the workplace and can help you improve your connections with others and enhance personal relationships to become better partners, parents, siblings and friends.
Who doesn’t need or want that?
