Who Am I?

In a nutshell, I am a leadership and communication specialist. Over the past 20 years in HR, I have identified poor communication as the most common denominator between a lack of team cohesion, unresolved conflict, indecisiveness and ineffective change management programs. Successful businesses understand that quality communication is critical in driving productivity and delivering results.
How I can help
In this post-Covid world, it’s never been more important to develop critical thinking skills and learn how to address the inevitable obstacles of hybrid working environments and connecting with remote workers. My 1:1 coaching and workshops are designed to help you navigate this new world, helping leaders and individuals become more self-aware of their behavioural styles and emotional intelligence. By learning to communicate effectively, you will be able to articulate your messages clearly, promote action and deepen your understanding of others.
